How it works
1
Get in touch
Tell us about yourself and your symptoms by completing a contact form, sending us an email, or giving us a call.
3
Meet your Rehabilitation Trainer
We'll create a bespoke treatment plan for your recovery, and your case will be handed over to one of our knowledgeable and friendly Rehabilitation Trainers who will be there to help you on every step of your journey.
2
See our Physio
Have your first consultation with our experienced Physiotherapist who will assess your symptoms and talk to you about your case and your treatment options.
4
The road to recovery
You'll see your Rehabilitation Trainer as regularly as you need to work through your treatment plan. They'll make sure you're on the right path to complete your goals at a steady pace. Your Rehabilitation Trainer will report directly to our Physio with all your updates and progress.

Assisted exercises
Our Rehabilitation Trainer will physically assist and support your body while you exercise to ensure that you are safe and fully supported as you work towards completing the motion or exercise by yourself.
Examples include holding hands while walking, supporting some of your weight to stand, and providing additional support for balance.
Supervised exercises
As well as receiving instruction on a range of safe exercises for you to practise at home independently, during your one-to-one sessions with our rehabilitation trainer you'll work on more challenging and supervised exercises that you may not be ready to complete by yourself at this point in your treatment journey.

Success stories
-
Who is exercise rehabilitation for?Exercise rehabilitation and rehabilitation training is for those who want to gain more independence at home, recover from the effects of a short or long-term illness or injury, or those who wish to move well with confidence and ease. We recommend exercise rehabilitation particularly for those who are house-bound, chair-bound, or bed-bound.
-
What conditions can you treat with exercise rehabilitation? We treat the effects of musculoskeletal conditions such as soft tissue injuries and post-op orthopaedic conditions; neurological conditions including strokes, brain injuries, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis; cardiorespiratory conditions such as heart failure, COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), and post-op heart surgery. Exercise rehabilitation is also beneficial for those who are struggling with frailty and general deconditioning due to health-conditions and/or aging.
-
How does rehabilitation training differ from personal training? Our experienced team includes a registered physiotherapist as well as a sport and exercise physiologist. Cumulatively we have an extensive understanding and specialised knowledge about how various musculoskeletal and neurological illnesses and injuries limit and impact the body, and how functional exercises can impact and support your recovery. Our team work together to create training plans and exercises that aim to help you achieve your goals - from performing simple day-to-day activities, improving mobility where needed, and gaining confidence in your movement.
-
