Getting you on your feet again

We provide personal training and assisted exercise with an expert rehabilitation trainer in the comfort of your own home.

We'll work with you:

  • Towards specific goals that are realistic and achievable

  • On a personalised timetable of exercises

  • To track your progress on a regular basis with one-to-one training sessions

How it works

1

Get in touch

Tell us about yourself and your symptoms by completing a contact form, sending us an email, or giving us a call.

3

Meet your Rehabilitation Trainer

We'll create a bespoke treatment plan for your recovery, and your case will be handed over to one of our knowledgeable and friendly Rehabilitation Trainers who will be there to help you on every step of your journey.

2

See our Physio

Have your first consultation with our experienced Physiotherapist who will assess your symptoms and talk to you about your case and your treatment options.

4

The road to recovery

You'll see your Rehabilitation Trainer as regularly as you need to work through your treatment plan. They'll make sure you're on the right path to complete your goals at a steady pace. Your Rehabilitation Trainer will report directly to our Physio with all your updates and progress.

Assisted exercises

Our Rehabilitation Trainer will physically assist and support your body while you exercise to ensure that you are safe and fully supported as you work towards completing the motion or exercise by yourself.

Examples include holding hands while walking, supporting some of your weight to stand, and providing additional support for balance.

Supervised exercises

As well as receiving instruction on a range of safe exercises for you to practise at home independently, during your one-to-one sessions with our rehabilitation trainer you'll work on more challenging and supervised exercises that you may not be ready to complete by yourself at this point in your treatment journey.

Frequently asked questions

Testimonials

"I found your weekly visits very useful in giving me a variety of exercises.  We worked on them together for about 15 minutes when you were here and I make sure I do a session of about the same length of time on my own every day, usually in the early evening...

You were always friendly and courteous, and encouraging when my energy started to flag."

AURIOL MILFORD

"Ben has been a great support to my father in law with his Parkinson’s. His weekly session has really helped with improving mobility and reducing the soreness from the tremors he suffers from."
